House rules.

A handful of common-sense rules to keep both stays great for everyone.

No smoking indoors. Outside on the deck or street is fine.
No parties or events. Quiet, residential building.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. There's a long-term tenant on the first floor.
Max guests: Penthouse 4, Oak Haven 5. Strict.
Pets: Penthouse 1 dog, Oak Haven up to 2 dogs. Tell me on the inquiry form.
Parking: Two dedicated off-street spots per unit. Don't block the neighbor.
Trash: Bins are on the side of the house. Pickup info on the welcome card.
Damage: Things break. Tell me, don't hide it.
Lockout: Self check-in via keypad means lockouts are rare. If it happens, text me.
