By submitting an inquiry and paying the Stripe payment link, you ("Guest") agree to these terms with Doloequity Estates LLC ("Host") for short-term rental of the unit identified in the booking confirmation.
Minimum 2 nights. Maximum 180 nights (Oak Haven) or 365 nights (Penthouse). Stays beyond these limits may require a separate residential agreement.
Maximum guests as listed on each unit's detail page. Exceeding the max without prior written approval is grounds for termination of the stay without refund.
Guest agrees to the House Rules. Violations may result in termination of the stay.
Guest is responsible for damage caused during the stay beyond normal wear. Host carries STR insurance; Guest is encouraged to do the same.
Per the Cancellation Policy.
Payment in full via Stripe payment link prior to arrival. CT state lodging tax applied where required.
Host's liability is limited to the amount paid for the stay. Guest waives claims for indirect or consequential damages.
